This document regulates the conditions of use of the website www.rrutin.com, as well as the terms of purchase for the products offered through it.

RRUTIN provides users with an online store dedicated to the sale of cosmetic products, mainly of Korean origin, intended for skincare.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Access to and use of the website grants the status of user and implies acceptance of these conditions.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the website and not to use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or activities contrary to current legislation.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order on www.rrutin.com, the user must:

• Select the desired products

• Add them to the shopping cart

• Complete the required shipping and billing details

• Confirm the order and make the payment

Placing an order implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event of unavailability after placing the order, RRUTIN will inform the customer and proceed with a refund of the corresponding amount.

6. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices are indicated in euros (€).

Orders shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands include VAT in accordance with current regulations.

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands are considered exports and are sent VAT-exempt. At destination, IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) and, where applicable, customs handling fees may be applied and managed by the shipping carrier.

RRUTIN is not responsible for any customs charges applied by the relevant authorities.

Shipping costs will be displayed separately before completing the purchase.

RRUTIN reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always respecting the price applied to confirmed orders.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment methods available through Shopify’s secure payment platform, including credit and debit cards and other methods enabled at the time of purchase.

RRUTIN does not store full payment card details under any circumstances.

8. SHIPPING

Shipping conditions, delivery times, and costs are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or used will not be accepted.

10. WARRANTIES

Products sold by RRUTIN comply with applicable European regulations for cosmetic products.

In case of defective products or shipping errors, the customer must contact RRUTIN as soon as possible for resolution.

11. LIABILITY

RRUTIN is not responsible for improper or incorrect use of the products purchased.

It is recommended to carefully read the instructions for use, warnings, and ingredients provided by the manufacturer before using any product.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (texts, images, design, logos, trademarks, and other elements) is the property of RRUTIN or authorized third parties. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express authorization is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless consumer protection regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute or claim, consumers may contact the relevant consumer protection authorities or use applicable alternative dispute resolution systems in accordance with current regulations.
