At RRUTIN we ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and soon to the rest of Europe.

Delivery times

• Peninsula: 24-48 working hours.
  
  
• Balearic Islands (Mallorca): 48 working hours.
  
  
• Balearic Islands (Ibiza and Menorca): 48 working hours.
  
  
• Balearic Islands (Formentera): 48 working hours.
  
  
• Canary Islands: 1-3 business days (from our warehouse in Gran Canaria).
  
  

Note: Delivery times are counted from when the order is confirmed and handed over to the carrier.

Shipping costs

• The cost is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the destination.
  
• Free shipping on orders over €40 .
  
  

Order preparation

• Orders are prepared Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• During special campaigns (sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), preparation times may increase slightly due to the volume of orders.
  
  

Local pickup (Gran Canaria)

If you live in Gran Canaria , at checkout you can select the "Local pickup - Free" option.

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the exact address of the collection point and the available hours.
  
  
• This service is free of charge to the customer.
  
  
• The order will be available for collection within 24 to 48 working hours from order preparation .
  
  

Special conditions

• Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances external to RRUTIN (transport strikes, weather conditions, volume peaks on specific dates).
  
  
• RRUTIN is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company, but we will always do our best to help you locate and resolve any issues.
  
  
• If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the additional reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
