Shipping policy

At RRUTIN,
we ship to all of Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and to a selection of European countries.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following destinations:

• Mainland Spain

• Balearic Islands

• Canary Islands

• France

• Germany

• Italy

• The Netherlands

• Belgium

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland
Spain: 24–48 business hours

Balearic Islands: approximately 48 business hours

Canary Islands: between 4 and 10 business days

Europe: between 3 and 7 business days

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order has been confirmed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.

Shipping within Spain:

Free shipping on orders over €50.

Shipping to Europe:

Standard shipping: €6.90

Free shipping on orders over €60.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS

In accordance with applicable tax regulations, orders shipped to the Canary Islands are considered exports and are sent exempt from VAT.

Upon arrival at destination, shipments may be subject to payment of IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) and, in some cases, customs handling fees, which will be managed by the shipping carrier.

Where applicable, these charges must be paid by the recipient in accordance with current regulations.

For proper shipment processing to the Canary Islands, it is mandatory to provide a valid DNI or NIE when completing the purchase details. This information is required by the shipping carrier for customs clearance.

Orders to the Canary Islands that do not include a valid DNI or NIE cannot be processed or shipped from the logistics warehouse until this information is correctly provided.

If the DNI/NIE provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be delayed until the necessary information is supplied.

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During special campaigns (sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas or other promotional activities), preparation times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond RRUTIN’s control, such as:

• incidents with the shipping carrier

• adverse weather conditions

• peak demand periods

RRUTIN is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company, although we will do our best to help locate and resolve any issue related to your order.

DELIVERY DETAILS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, any additional costs resulting from reshipment or shipment management may be charged to the customer.
