At RRUTIN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if it's not what you expected, you have the right to return your order.

Deadline :

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a refund.

Conditions :

• The products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging .
  
  
• For hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetics that have been opened or handled are not accepted .
  
  
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.
  

Process :

1. Write to us at support@rrutin.com indicating your order number and reason for return.
   
   
2. We will give you the shipping instructions.
   
   
3. Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount within 7 to 14 business days .
